The Legend Chiang Rai is a luxury spa and resort on the banks of the Mae Kok River in Chiang Rai. The property has a panoramic view of the near-by hills and mountains. The riverside is rich with large rain trees and lush vegetation. The immediate surroundings are relatively undeveloped, providing a tranquil, natural location ideal for a resort & spa.

BitSiren was commisioned by The Legend Chiang Rai to redesign and develop its website in order to increase the direct online bookings over the website compared to OTA and increase the average stay duration. The challenge for BitSiren was to promote a resort in an area of Thailand that is usually just visited on day trips or stop-overs. BitSiren decided to extend the clients content on the site with very thorough descriptions of the culture, the sights and activities that Chiang Rai province has to offer.

BitSiren also created a landing page for The Legend's Facebook page and created a Google+ presence for the client. The pages advertises The Legend's seasonal promotional discount. The Facebook page incorporates an accommodation availability search functionality, allowing Facebook users to check availability and book directly. Thirdly, BitSiren created a Pinterest presence for the client to complete the social media activities and drive traffic to the website.
