Qualification :

• Strong technical problem solving that will be related to software
• 5+ years work experience in Web Development (XHTML/CSS, PHP5/MySQL, JS/jQuery) and project planning
• Skillful in using HTML, PHP, Javascript, AJAX, CSS, XML
• Preferably have work experience in Open Source CMS such as MODx, Wordpress etc.
• Knowledge of Web Application and Web Service
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage time and schedules
• Good command of written and spoken English

Job Description:

• Lead & manage functional and technical team to ensure that final products are high-quality and meet engagement requirements
• Provide regular engagement direction e.g. scope, vision, solution, methodology, technology, architecture, etc. to all team member
• Deliver professional conception proposal to client
• Manage resources to develop solutions which meet business requirements for several sites and be the leader of developer team
• Manage timeline and budget
• Develop programming code from scratch to meet business requirements
• Test websites and identifying any technical problems and hitches
